(b)On April 5, 2022, Helena R. Nelligan, Senior V.P. - Human Resources of Brady Corporation (the "Company"), informed the Company of her intent to retire effective April 8, 2022. Ms. Nelligan will continue to be an employee of the Company through September 30, 2022, serving in the role of Special Advisor to the V.P. of Human Resources, pursuant to the terms of a Complete and Permanent Release and Resignation Agreement, dated April 5, 2022 (the “Agreement”). Ms. Nelligan will continue to receive her salary and fringe benefits through the term of the Agreement. The Agreement is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
