Commitments

The Company generally enters into short-term, unconditional purchase obligations with asset-based providers reserving space on a guaranteed basis. The pricing of these obligations varies to some degree with market conditions. Historically, the Company has met these obligations in the normal course of business within one year. Purchase obligations outstanding as of September 30, 2016 totaled $148 million. Additionally, the Company occupies offices and warehouse facilities under terms of operating leases expiring up to 2028.
