SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 19—SUBSEQUENT EVENTS From January 1, 2024 through March 14, 2024, the Partnership has purchased 2,753 Depository Receipts. In March 2024, the Partnership approved a quarterly distribution of $12.00 per Unit ($0.40 per Receipt), payable on March 28, 2024. In addition to the quarterly distribution, there will be a special distribution of $48.00 per Class A unit ($1.60 per Receipt) payable on March 28, 2024. The Partnership is currently in negotiations with a lender or a replacement line of credit.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
