Note 17 - 401(k) Plan	We have adopted a retirement plan under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. The 401(k) plan covers substantially all employees who meet minimum age and service requirements. The plan is currently non-contributory on our part. Employer contributions to the 401(k) plan for the years ended December 31, 2011 and 2010 were $0 and $38,000, respectively.
