401(k) Plan	401(k) Plan We have adopted a retirement plan under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. The 401(k) plan covers substantially all employees who meet minimum age and service requirements. Employer contributions to the 401(k) plan for the years ended December 31, 2014 and 2013 were $122,000 and $95,000, respectively.
