Earnings (Loss) Per Share

Earnings (loss) per share is calculated by dividing net earnings attributable to common stockholders by the weighted average number of shares of Common Stock outstanding during the period. Diluted earnings (loss) per share reflects the potential dilution from the conversion or exercise into Common Stock of securities such as stock options and warrants.

For the six and three months ended June 30, 2014 and 2013, diluted net loss per share is the same as basic net loss per share due to the Company's net loss attributable to common shareholders and the potential shares of Common Stock that could have been issuable have been excluded from the calculation of diluted net loss per share because the effects, as a result of our net loss attributable to common shareholders, would be anti-dilutive.
