Declaration of Dividends A first quarter dividend of $0.07 per share for holders of common stock of record on March 15, 2012 was declared on January 25, 2012 and was paid on April 2, 2012. On April 18, 2012, the Company declared a second quarter dividend of $0.07 per share for holders of common stock of record on June 15, 2012, to be paid on July 2, 2012. A third quarter dividend was declared on July 18, 2012 in the amount of $0.07 per share for holders of common stock of record on September 14, 2012 to be paid on October 1, 2012.
