RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE E - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company’s current and former officers and stockholders advance funds to the Company for travel related and working capital purposes. As of March 31, 2012 and September 30, 2011, there were no advances outstanding.

The entire disclosure for related party transactions. Examples of related party transactions include transactions between (a) a parent company and its subsidiary; (b) subsidiaries of a common parent; (c) and entity and its principal owners; and (d) affiliates.
