During the three months ended March 31, 2013, the Company issued 2,433,608 shares of its common stock under its controlled equity offering sales agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., as amended, resulting in net proceeds to the Company of $17.1 million, after deducting commission and offering expenses.

During the three months ended March 31, 2013, the Company issued 13,800,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering resulting in net proceeds to the Company of $97.0 million, after deducting underwriting fees and offering expenses.
