One Earth Energy And NuGen Energy [Member]
Purchase Commitment, Description	One Earth and NuGen have combined forward purchase contracts for approximately 7.3 million bushels of corn, the principal raw material for their ethanol plants. They expect to take delivery of the grain through September 2012.
Supply Commitment, Description	One Earth and NuGen have combined sales commitments for approximately 59.8 million gallons of ethanol, approximately 53,000 tons of distillers grains and approximately 1.3 million pounds of non-food grade corn oil. They expect to deliver the ethanol, distillers grains and non-food grade corn oil through December 2012.

Excluding long-term commitments, description of arrangements in which the entity has agreed to expend funds to procure goods or services from one or more suppliers, which may include identification of the goods or services to be purchased, identity of the seller, pricing, effects on pricing (such as penalties) of failing to reach minimum quantities required to be purchased, cancellation rights, and termination provisions.
