Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 16. Related-Party Transactions During the first quarters of fiscal year 2012 and 2011, One Earth purchased approximately $56.5 million and $69.4 million, respectively, of corn from the Alliance Grain Elevator, an equity investor in One Earth.
