The per share weighted-average fair value of RSUs granted during the second quarter of fiscal 2016 was $41.07 ($44.40 for the second quarter of fiscal 2015), and for the first six months of fiscal 2016 was $41.13 ($43.84 for the first six months of fiscal 2015), which were calculated based on estimates at the date of grant using the following weighted-average assumptions:
