During the second quarter of fiscal 2013, the Company purchased substantially all of the assets and assumed certain liabilities of Modesat Communications, a wireless mobile backhaul solutions company that specializes in the development of microwave modem solutions for the mobile backhaul market. This acquisition aligns with the Company’s strategy to expand its new adjacent markets in communication infrastructure by delivering industry leading wireless backhaul solutions to the Company’s top tier customers. The acquisition was accounted for under the purchase method of accounting. The financial impact of this acquisition was not material to the Company.
