Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event On January 20, 2014, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per common share for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2014. The dividend is payable on February 27, 2014 to stockholders of record on February 6, 2014.
