(b) Effective as of the date of the Bar Harbor Bankshares Annual Stockholders Meeting held on May 16, 2005, after many years of dedicated service, Mr. Dwight Eaton and Mr. John McCurdy have retired from the Board of Directors due to mandatory retirement age provisions in the Bar Harbor Bankshares Bylaws.
