On February 17, 2021 Armstrong World Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share of outstanding common stock payable on March 18, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 4, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Armstrong World Industries Declares Cash Dividend for Fourth Quarter 2020

LANCASTER, Pa., February 17, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Armstrong World Industries, Inc. (NYSE:AWI), a leader in the design, innovation and manufacture of commercial and residential ceiling, wall and suspension system solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.21 per share of common stock for the fourth quarter of 2020. The dividend will be paid on March 18, 2021, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 4, 2021.

The declaration and payment of future dividends will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors and will be dependent upon, among other things, the company's financial position, results of operations and cash flow.
