On November 25, 2019, Armstrong World Industries, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has completed the acquisition of the business and assets of MRK Industries, Inc., an Illinois-based manufacturer of specialty metal ceiling, wall, and exterior solutions.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
