Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 22, 2022, Olin Corporation’s (NYSE: OLN) Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 on each share of Olin common stock. The dividend is payable on March 11, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 4, 2022. This marks the company’s 381st consecutive quarterly dividend.
