Subsequent Events [Text Block]	SUBSEQUENT EVENT In October 2013, we entered into an agreement to sell our equity interest in a bleach joint venture which will result in a fourth quarter of 2013 pretax gain of approximately $5 million. The sale will also provide a tax benefit of approximately $4 million associated with the reduction of valuation allowance against certain capital loss carryforwards.
