          The company changed accounting firms from Ehrhardt Keefe Steiner &
     Hottman, 7979 E. Tufts Ave., Denver, CO to Stark Winter Schenkein & Co.,
     7535 E. Hampden Ave., Denver, CO 80231. The Commission was previously
     advised of this pending action in a letter dated February 24, 2003 from
     Davd J. Steiner, Principal, EKS&H.
