Item 1.01 Entry into a Definitive Agreement

 

On September 28, 2010, the Company signed a North America Partner Agreement with ShoreTel Corporation to become a nonexclusive reseller of the full suite of ShoreTel unified communications hardware and software products and related support services throughout North America.

 

The initial term of the Partner Agreement will run from November 1, 2010 through January 1, 2012 and will renew on an annual basis unless otherwise terminated.
