On December 3, 2009, the Company issued a news release reporting preliminary (unaudited) financial results for the Company’s fourth quarter and fiscal year ended October 31, 2009.  These results are subject to customary annual and closing review procedures.  A copy of the Company’s news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
