Item 2.02  Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On November 13, 2008, the Company issued a news release reporting preliminary financial results for the Company’s fourth quarter and fiscal year ended October 31, 2008.  These results are preliminary and subject to customary annual closing and audit procedures, including the review of goodwill and other intangibles for possible impairment.  A copy of the Company’s news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
