On January 7, 2016, RPC, Inc. issued a press release titled "RPC, Inc. Announces Date for Fourth Quarter 2015 Financial Results and Conference Call." The press release announced the date that RPC, Inc. will release its fourth quarter and year-end 2015 financial results. This release also provided the related conference call information.

RPC, Inc. Announces Date for Fourth Quarter 2015

Financial Results and Conference Call

ATLANTA, January 7, 2016 - RPC, Inc. (NYSE: RES) announced today that it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and year-ended December 31, 2015 on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 before the market opens. In conjunction with its earnings release, the Company will host a conference call to review the Company's financial and operating results on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

Individuals wishing to participate in the conference call should dial (888) 397-5352 or (719) 325-2435 for international callers, and use conference ID number 5849063. For interested individuals unable to join by telephone, the call also will be broadcast and archived for 90 days on the Company's investor website at www.rpc.net.
