SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	19. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 23, 2024, the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share payable June 10, 2024, to common stockholders of record at the close of business on May 10, 2024.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
