SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	20. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 24, 2023, the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share payable December 11, 2023 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on November 10, 2023.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
