SUBSEQUENT EVENT	15. SUBSEQUENT EVENT On July 26, 2022, the Board of Directors approved the reinstatement and declaration of a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share payable September 9, 2022 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on August 10, 2022.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
