On July 14, 2009, RPC, Inc. issued a press release titled "RPC, Inc. Plans to Announce Second Quarter 2009 Financial Results and Host a Conference Call on July 29, 2009."  The press release announced the date that RPC, Inc. will release its second quarter 2009 financial results.  This release also provided the related conference call information.

RPC, Inc. Plans to Announce Second Quarter 2009 Financial Results

and Host a Conference Call on July 29, 2009

ATLANTA, July 14, 2009 – RPC Incorporated (NYSE: RES) announced today that it will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2009 on Wednesday, July 29, 2009 before the market opens.  In conjunction with its earnings release, the Company will host a conference call to review the Company's financial and operating results on Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.

Individuals wishing to participate in the conference call should dial (888) 744-3690 or (706) 643-1513 for international callers, and use Conference ID# 18949582.  For interested individuals unable to join the call, a replay will be available untilmidnight on August 5, 2009 by dialing (800) 642-1687 or (706) 645-9291.
