On July 10, 2007, RPC, Inc. issued a press release titled “RPC, Inc. Plans to Announce Second Quarter Financial Results during a Conference Call on July 25, 2007.” The press release announced the date that RPC, Inc. will release its second quarter 2007 financial results. This release also provided the related conference call information.

RPC, Inc. Plans to Announce Second Quarter Financial Results during a Conference Call on July 25, 2007

ATLANTA, July 10, 2006 — RPC Incorporated (NYSE: RES) announced today that it will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2007 on Wednesday, July 25, 2007 before the market opens. In conjunction with its earnings release, the Company will host a conference call to review the Company’s financial and operating results on Wednesday, July 25, 2007 at 9 a.m. Eastern Time.

For interested individuals unable to join the call, a replay will be available until midnight on August 1, 2007 by dialing (800) 642-1687 or (706) 645-9291, conference ID 5958073.
