Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

In connection with the management structure changes referenced in Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K, on December 1, 2021, Invacare Corporation (the "Company") appointed Geoffrey Purtill as Senior Vice President and General Manager of EMEA and Asia Pacific and notified Ralf Ledda that his service as Senior Vice President and General Manager, EMEA ended, effective December 1, 2021.

Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 1, 2021, the Company issued a press release in which it announced that it has streamlined its management structure by combining its Europe, Middle East and Africa ("EMEA") and Asia Pacific businesses and that Geoffrey Purtill has been appointed to oversee the operations in both regions.
