Item 7.01.Regulation FD Disclosure.

          On  November  6, 2006,  Invacare  Corporation  issued a press  release
          regarding a final rule  issued by the Centers for  Medicare & Medicaid
          Services.  The rule implements  oxygen and capped rental provisions of
          the Deficit  Reduction  Act of 2005.  The press  release is  furnished
          herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
