Ashwood Commons, L.L.C., Bellevue Plaza Development LLC, Jefferson at Marina del Rey, L.P. and UDR/Pacific Los Alisos, L.P. are joint venture entities. United Dominion Realty, L.P. and Heritage Communities L.P. are limited partnerships with outside limited partners holding minimal percentage interests.
