On May 9, 2007, Hooper Holmes, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating results and financial condition for the quarter ended March 31, 2007. A copy of the press release is attached to this current report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1

On May 10, 2007, the Company conducted a conference call during which the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer discussed the Company’s results of operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 and the Company’s financial condition as of that date. A copy of the transcript of the call is attached to this current report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.2.
