On March 1, 2018 the Board of Directors of F & M Bank Corp. (the “Company”) named Neil Hayslett to the newly-created position of Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Hayslett is the Bank’s current Chief Administrative Officer and had previously served as Chief Financial Officer. Additional information on Mr. Hayslett is available in the Company’s 2017 Proxy Statement.
