Subsequent event - declared dividends	Note 14 - Subsequent event - declared dividends On March 8, 2012 the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.05 per share. The dividend record date is March 30, 2012 and the payment date to stockholders will be April 16, 2012. Based on the Company’s current financial condition and its current operations, the foregoing dividend payment is not expected to have a material impact on the Company’s liquidity or capital resources.
