Other Events.
On July 26, 2020, Ventas, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a revised master lease agreement and other agreements with Brookdale Senior Living Inc. in response to the challenges to the senior living industry caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. A copy of the press release announcing the transactions is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated in this Item 8.01 by reference.
