RECENTLY ISSUED ACCOUNTING STANDARDS	NOTE 11 – RECENTLY ISSUED ACCOUNTING STANDARDS The Company has implemented all applicable accounting pronouncements in effect as of September 30, 2013, and does not believe that there are any other new accounting pronouncements or changes in accounting pronouncements issued during the nine months ended September 30, 2013, that might have a material impact on the Company’s financial position, results of operations or cash flows.
