Certain Relationships and Related Party Transactions	NOTE 9 – CERTAIN RELATIONSHIPS AND RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Parent is a party to a management agreement with certain affiliates of the Sponsors and certain other parties pursuant to which such affiliates of the Sponsors will provide management and financial advisory services until 2018. These agreements require management fees to be paid to such affiliates of the Sponsors for such services at a rate not greater than $15.0 million per year, plus reimbursable expenses. For the three months ended March 31, 2016 and 2015, the Company recognized management fees and reimbursable expenses of $3.8 million and $3.9 million, respectively. On December 3, 2015, Clear Channel Holdings, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, contributed 100,000,000 shares of CCOH’s Class B Common Stock to Broader Media, LLC, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, as a capital contribution, to provide greater flexibility in support of future financing transactions, share dispositions and other similar transactions.
