Amendment Description	This Amendment No. 1 on Form 10-Q/A for the quarter ended June 30, 2018, amends the Form 10-Q that was originally filed with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission on August 2, 2018. We are filing this Amendment No. 1 to (i) reflect a change in management’s assessment of our disclosure controls and procedures, (ii) revise the Company’s previously reported condensed consolidated financial statements to reclassify substantially all debt balances from long-term to short-term (iii) include disclosures regarding the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern and for immaterial correction to prior year financial information, and (iv) include a revised report of KPMG LLP (“KPMG”), our Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm, with respect to its review of the condensed consolidated financial statements included herein.
