On February 15, 2007 Greyhound Lines, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Laidlaw International, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it is continuing talks with the Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU) National Local 1700 on its collective bargaining agreement. GREYHOUND LINES, INC. CONTINUES TALKS WITH AMALGAMATED TRANSIT UNION (ATU) NATIONAL LOCAL 1700

DALLAS (Feb. 15, 2007) – Greyhound Lines, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Laidlaw International, Inc. (NYSE: LI), announced that today it is continuing talks with the Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU) National Local 1700 on its collective bargaining agreement. The contract will remain in effect while talks continue.

The ATU represents approximately 3,300 Greyhound employees, including 3,000 drivers and about half of the company’s mechanics.
