LORAIN, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 3, 2009--The Board of Directors of LNB Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: LNBB) has declared a second quarter 2009 cash dividend of $.09 per share on LNB’s common shares, payable on July 1, 2009 to shareholders of record on June 13, 2009.
