Item 8.01 Other Events.

     On March 28, 2008, LNB Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing the results of the vote taken at the Company’s March 18, 2008 Special Meeting of Shareholders (the “Special Meeting”). All six of the proposals brought before the Special Meeting were defeated.
