Subsequent Events	Note 6 — Subsequent Events As described in note 4, in October 2015 we issued 0.03 million shares of common stock to Novosom. Further, in November 2015 an investor converted 90 shares of Series C Preferred into 0.6 million shares of common stock.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
