        Immucor, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release on July 21, 2004 announcing the Company’s earnings and certain other results of operations for the fiscal fourth quarter and year ended May 31, 2004 and discussed the Company’s outlook for fiscal year 2005. This press release is furnished with this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1. Edward Gallup, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Nino De Chirico, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, and Steven Ramsey, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, hosted a conference call on July 21, 2004 to review the contents of the press release and to answer questions from investors.
