Stock Options

As of December 31, 2015 and 2014, there were no outstanding stock options. There were also no unrecognized compensation costs related to nonvested stock options granted under the stock option plan.

As of December 31, 2015 and 2014, there was $958 and $758, respectively, of total unrecognized compensation cost related to nonvested shares granted under the restricted stock award plan. The fair value of shares vesting during 2015, 2014, and 2013 was $530, $518 and $323, respectively. Compensation expense for restricted stock awards was $621 in 2015, $548 in 2014, and $390 in 2013.

The number of authorized stock-based awards still available for grant as of December 31, 2015 was 309,741.
