On February 14, 2023, the Board of Directors of CNB Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: CCNE) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.175 per share of common stock payable on March 15, 2023 to common stock shareholders of record as of March 1, 2023.
A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
