In the opinion of management, all adjustments (consisting of normal recurring accruals) that are necessary for a fair presentation of the quarterly results have been reflected in the data. It is also management's opinion, however, that quarterly results of operations data are not indicative of the financial results to be achieved in succeeding years or quarters. In order to obtain a more accurate indication of performance, one should review the financial and operating results, changes in stockholders' equity and cash flows for a period of several years.
