Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On Thursday, October 24, 2019, Intrusion’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. G. Ward Paxton, passed away. The Company’s Board of Directors will be meeting very shortly to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer and to outline a succession plan for the Company going forward.
