Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events The date to which events occurring after September 30, 2022, the date of the most recent balance sheet, have been evaluated for possible adjustment to the consolidated financial statements or disclosure is November 10, 2022, which is the date on which the consolidated financial statements were available to be issued. On October 21, 2022, we paid off the mortgage loan payable on Stanford Center (See Note 11 - Mortgages and Other Notes Payable) with a portion of the cash distributions from our investment in VAA (See Note 10 - Investment in Unconsolidated Joint Ventures). On November 1, 2022, in connection with the sale of the VAA Sale Portfolio, we received an additional distribution from VAA (See Note 10 - Investment in Unconsolidated Joint Ventures), which included the full operational control of the Holdback Portfolio and a cash payment of $203,936. We are in the process of assuming the mortgage notes payable on Holdback Portfolio.
