Accounts Receivable Policy	*Accounts Receivable* Receivables are stated at the amount management expects to collect from outstanding balances. Management provides for probable uncollectible amounts through a charge to earnings and a credit to a valuation allowance based on its assessment of the current status of individual accounts. At September 30, 2018, and December 31, 2017, an allowance for doubtful accounts was made totaling $56,204 and $63,270, respectively, to provide for the possibility of a revenue shortfall from the project in Modoc County, and is reflected in the accounts receivable balance on the balance sheet in the accompanying financial statements.
